Our History
In 1947, Everett L. Sowder founded Sowder Concrete. Everett began by creating driveways, walkways and patios in the Miami Valley. Those core services helped established Sowder Concrete Contractors, which has expanded its services over the years to become one of the area's largest turn-key concrete contractors.

M. Garold Sowder managed operations for the company from 1983-1995. Since that time, we have entered our third generation of ownership. Bryan G. Sowder now oversees a team of approximately 50 full-time employees. In fact, some of our employees have been with Sowder Concrete for more than 30 years. Their solid experience means we offer you the best service in the business.
